It’s been a really long time since I did any proper exercise but things were busy over Christmas and New Year so I’m forgiving myself. I found the aerobics pretty easy considering it’s been weeks since I did any, so I’m pretty pleased with that.

I really have to start up my running again but I don’t know how easy I’m going to find it after so long. I also wish I’d been able to do the whole programme in one go rather than have all these stupid gaps in-between but I suppose it doesn’t matter as long as I eventually manage to run for 40 mins which is the goal.

I am absolutely stunned and amazed!!! This is a different video that I used to find really hard. I used to be able to do it all but I would be really out of breath. This is the first time I’ve done it in months and I thought I’d see if I could do it. Not only could I do it, but I could do it with ease. I kept waiting for it to get really hard but it never did. I can’t believe it. The video I normally do must be even harder than this one, which makes me feel better about how long it has taken me to be able to manage it all. Yippee!

I am totally shocked at how well I did at this workout today. I managed all of it, and hardly did any of the ‘easy’ version. I wonder if it’s because I did it later in the day? I really, really enjoyed it so much! I was completely exhausted afterwards but in such a good way!
