		<description>Thanks! Finding the energy to start a video is the worst thing for me. But once I've started I enjoy it so much, I wonder why I didn't want to do it. I think the Pump It Up ones are unique though because they have brilliant music. I wouldn't enjoy it if it didn't have proper dance/chart music.</description>

I hate HATE running when I go out, I feel neutral at best when I am in the last half of the run and only really enjoy it once I have finished and am in the shower.  My unsolicited advice is exactly what you have said - do the 5k programme so you can say you have done it and then if you never run another step again, it's your choice.  I ran 5k in June and have committed to running the Great Edinburgh Run next May so I guess I am stuck with running meantime!
