Exercise: Aerobics - Burn It, Lose It

It’s been a while since I last did this workout but I did really well with it and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Apologies to the neighbours for the very loud dance music destroying the country peace (you really can hear it outside our house - I checked)! :)
