I am absolutely stunned and amazed!!! This is a different video that I used to find really hard. I used to be able to do it all but I would be really out of breath. This is the first time I’ve done it in months and I thought I’d see if I could do it. Not only could I do it, but I could do it with ease. I kept waiting for it to get really hard but it never did. I can’t believe it. The video I normally do must be even harder than this one, which makes me feel better about how long it has taken me to be able to manage it all. Yippee!

It’s so much easier to see weight loss with digital scales but the conversion between kg and lb isn’t exact. Well, I’m glad the scales are going down but I wish they’d go down more! Last week I was really tired and didn’t push myself much so I probably have to step it up a gear. Really pleased with my pulse rate though!

Didn’t really make much time to exercise today. Well we did spend about two hours walking around Tesco but I don’t think that counts. We bought some digital scales so that I can see exactly how much weight I am not losing!
